NYS Inspection
What type of engine mods is everyone passing NY state yearly inspections with in their c6? Would headers, catted x pipe and small cam pass inspection if tuned properly? I heard that they only look for codes and as long as the o2 sensors are ok long tubes would pass.

Any car has to have no check engine light on, no stored codes, pass a readiness test (all the monitors have to be ready when scanned), and it's suppose to pass a visual inspection that all emissions equipment is in place and functional.

As long as you are not throwing codes and can pass the visual you are okay. I had heads, cam, gears, converter and a full exhaust. I never had an issue.
