Bear Mt, NY Run 7/16

Ok, guys I'm trying to put together a Bear Mt run for next Sunday. Here's the plan: Meet at the top of the mountain around 9:30am. Leave around 10am and head toward Seven Lakes Dr then jump on Rt 106 toward Greenwood Lake. Take some back roads through West Milford to end up on Rt 23. Take Rt 23 North and work our way toward the Chatterbox Drive-In in Augusta for lunch. they open at 11:30am so parking won't be an issue even if we end up with a decent number of cars. I've done this loop a few times on my motorcycle so I know it will be fun in the Corvette as well. All Corvettes are welcome

Meeting location at 9:30am is the parking lot at the top of the mountain where the tower is located:

Sounds good. This is not an all day thing. You can be back home around 3pm or so.

ive never been to bear mountain so I don't know where the top of the mountain is.

I know there is no "address" per say so I'm looking to tag along with someone.

MYCoupe, for the meeting area, are you referring to the big meeting area where there is that big parking lot and tables where families sit down?

I was referring to the parking lot at the top of the mountain where the tower is.

We can meet at the Sunoco gas station at the beginning of palisades parkway if that works for you?

If anyone wants to meet on Rt 17 North around 8:45am that would work as well. We can meet at Paramus Chevrolet (it's a little north of the Rt 4 junction). There is a huge American flag out front so easy to spot. They are closed on Sunday's so should not be an issue.
