So people move to next to a race track and airport then complain about noise, what else is new
Yeah - E-town has been dealing with this for probably the last 15 years. Problem is the family members who own the track now aren't racers, so they dont have the same kind of fight in them the original owner did.
Now I don't like E-town at all as a track, but it's always a good thing for the racing community if it can reopen.

I am only a half hour away but much prefer Atco and consider that my home track. Setup 4-5 rentals annually and always get treated well.
As you stated, E-Town would need an owner who cares if it is to be revived.
