Sunday, September 16 at 10:00 am; For Corvettes Only, 13th Annual 'Vettes at Crystal Mall'. (Formerly Vettes at the Village in Mystic). 850 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford, CT. Rain date September 23.

Posse riders. Let's have a nice showing for a great show. One of the last for this year.
Meet at Dunkin Donuts, 5 S. Main Street, Marlborough, CT (Route 2, exit 13). Leave at 9:00 am. We'll be taking routes 2, 11, 82 and 85. Let me know location to meet; DD, Salem 4 corners or near the show.
If you all behave, we'll stop at Salem Valley Farms Ice Cream on the way home. LOL.

Going to try to make it.
Any idea why they left the Olde Mistick Village venue ? Looks like they have a Garlic festival on the 16th and nothing in October. Just wondering, it was a great location.

I have convinced Rose the wives are going so she has signed on. Will probably bring her convertible. Will meet as you exit route 11 (that way I get a jump on Bob) since that is the closest intersection of the nearest route to yours. I will call Bruce as well. We are looking forward to it.

Burning Brakes
I've actually encouraged Jody to drive the Vette, still won't even consider it after 12 years. "NO way, I don't want to be responsible and too much to remember..... watch out for potholes, stay back from trucks, don't park under trees, get an end space parking but DON"T curb the wheel, watch the front end pulling in, remember you're lower than other cars and trucks so don't hang in their blind spots, etc, etc." She much rather enjoys being a passenger and has mastered the both legs over the door sill without feet rubbing and the fingertips under the door handle entry/exit.Maybe I have a problem, then again maybe not! Still a Moroso winner!
In for 1 at DD. Jody has an exhibit being judged at the Berlin Fair.
