Assistance Needed
After months of looking I have located a C5 I am interested in. 2000 frc widebody with 31k miles. The seller and I have been exchanging dialog but, I wanted to see if someone local (PA, outside Philadelphia 20-25 miles) would be willing to set eyes on the car. I can compensate for time and travel.
I don't need a full report, just overall thoughts on vehicle.

Yes, I will be flying in and driving back if all goes well. I could certainly fly up check it out then fly home if I wasn't interested but, I was going to see if anyone was willing to help a longtime forum member out.
Ive thought about taking it to a local shop, so if anyone knows a reputable one please advise.
