I have given up on trying to figure out why my dash is lit up like a pinball machine. Looking for the best technician in the greater Springfield Ma area. Can be Chevy dealer or independent. I have multiple messages on my DIC and dozens of codes , mostly ("U100x") , and pictographs, too.
If no one has a name they trust in Western Ma I can easily use a tech in the greater Albany NY area so don't be shy on recommending someone. Thanks, Bob C

Multiple DTCs
Multiple DTCs with U100X numbers are likely related to one or more communications failures among computer modules (e.g., body control module, engine control module, transmission control module, instrument control panel module, etc.) or a failure of a module itself. A technician with a professional scan tool such as a GM Tech 2 or equal can view not only all of the DTCs but those which are "current" versus "historical" and which have occurred most often. That would be a start towards determining the source of the problem. It could be as simple as low battery or ignition voltage, a loose connector or a poor ground connection (loose, corroded or poor ground connections are notorious for introducing strange electrical symptoms). The latter might be within your capability to check before paying shop labor for a diagnosis.
