We lost a beloved NE Member this weekend
Howdy y’all - been a minute since I’ve been back on CF and it’s with a very heavy heart that I inform those that knew Bob Cook aka Wicked Weasel, that he passed away this past Saturday from a massive heart attack. He was 47 years old and an OG member of the NE Forum. Please hug your family and tell them you love them and say a prayer for our beloved Bob.
please feel free to PM me and I’ll keep the post updated on arrangements.

Thank you, Deb. Charlie called me this afternoon, and I still ca't believe it.
Bob was such a good, good guy and full of life. He was much too young to go, especially like this.
He will be missed.
If he was claimed by heart disease, people should know that it is a disease that often has no symptoms. Sometimes the first symptom you get is the one that takes you.
I hope people will get checked.

Very sad. I met Bob back in the days when the NY and CT crews would get together for a run. Enjoyed talking with him, very nice guy.
My condolences to his family and friends.

Such sad news, Bob was an incredible person, so many great track days with him over the years. Bob was someone I really looked up to in life and I will miss him tremendously. I'm glad I talked him into going to Watkins Glen last October for one last track day.
btw Deb, not that it matters but Bob wasn't 47, he was born in 1967 which is why his race number was 67.

So sad to loose beloved one so young.
My advice if you are to busy to get physical I would recommend every year the life you save might be yours.
