Tire Mounting in CT?
I usually use ASAP Tire, they are a mobile tire installer (now owned by Tire Rack) but they dropped the ball on my recent set and said that they wouldn't install my tires because the rim was over 10" wide. Which is total BS because they had done that for me a number of times as well as other Corvette owners within the last 12 months. So now I'm looking for an Tire place that isn't sketchy, has decent equipment, and the skill to do a reverse mount and balance on expensive forged wheels. Most of the places I have gone to are afraid to scratch them and have old equipment. Plus, Tire Rack doesn't want to help you if you didn't buy the tires from them. I've gone to Tire City in the past but they are getting a little sketchy these days and have inexperienced installers. If anybody has a positive story to tell or a recommendation for a shop in CT or Western Mass I'd love to hear it.

I used Precision Wheel in North Branford because my 3 piece BC Forged wheels required reverse mounting. Carl owns the shop and did a terrific job. A little pricey but what isn't these days. I also had him mount a new set of tires on my track wheels which did not require reverse mounting and he did a nice job on those too. The shop is quite old school but he did just buy a new piece of equipment which worked great. His shop on on 1239 Foxon Rd, North Branford, CT

I can recommend both Capozzi Custom Car Line in Newington and ACI Dynamics in Seymour. They both have Road Force Balance machines and have mounted tires on high end forged wheels for me in the past with no issues at all.
