Paint work - Maryland
I purchased a 1999 c5 project (torch red) "barn find" that has failing clear coat and needs some paint repair on the front fenders and bumper. My rattle can skills are pretty good but I would prefer to have it done right if possible. Does anyone know of any paint booths that do daily rentals or any recommendations on someone that could do it in the DMV? I've had a couple local shops look at it and they all really don't want to deal with it or they're asking $10k for a respray of the front fenders/bumper. I have a lead on a new front end (front fenders/bumper) but they are black and would need sprayed, or I could just sand/paint the current ones but the bumper has some slight damage.
