Default Good thing to do in Philly?

I'm taking my wife downto Philly for three days. We're leaving tonight and staying until Friday. She's taking her Postal Inspector exam at the south Philly Post Office so I thought we'd make a mini-vacation out of it. I'm planning on taking her to the zoo and for my own enjoyment we're going to the Phillies game Wednesday night. We're staying at the Holiday Inn right at Veterans Stadium. Should be fun! What things besides those that I've mentioned are there to do? Could someone give me a few good restaurants to hit while we're there? Anyone want to come over and show us the town? :D

take a trip to the Reading terminal (11th and market )for lunch - roast pork is the best @ Dinic's :yesnod: and good ice cream dessert. don't forget to get a cheesesteak - I personally like Jim's steaks on South street - you can spend a good couple hours on south street.
Take in a cocktail in the Olde City district and there are some great musuems this area - like the Ben franklin underground museum, the B.Free postal musuem :D, the Liberty museum, take a ferry ride across the delaware from Penn's Landing to Camden and check out the USS New Jersey. you can alos take a stroll through the recently re-opened Christ Church Burial Yard - where Ben franklin and other declaration of independence signers are laid to rest.
Also there is washington square within walking distance of olde city - where the tomb of the unknown soldier for the civil war is land to rest click here for a good olde city map

Enjoy!!

If you like medical things. One of the  est museums I've ever been to is the Mutter Museum. Very interesting things there. Then again if you want to walk down South Street also very interesting things there as well.

Mojo's probably thinking of the Franklin Institute. A pretty cool science type museum.

Your going to Philly. You have to go to Pats or Jims steaks. Pats is at 10th and Warton and Jims is at 4th and South. For a great Roast beef try Nicks at 20th and Jackson Not to far from the Vet. Have fun
