If you are a good wheeler and dealer, there are a couple places down here in Jersey. They are way overpriced, but like I said if you know how to work it, you may come out OK.
One guy just sold a piece of junk L82 '79 four speed for $11,500, I wouldn't have paid more than $6000 for it, need paint and some minor interior work. Never got a chance to hear it run.

well.. there are a lot of minor changes to the C3's over the years
68-72 are chrome bumpers
73 is one year rubber/chrome bumpers
74-77 rubber bumpers flat rear window
78-82 fast back style window.

I have 2 neighbors with 79's for sale. One has a rough frame, needs exhaust and brake lines, tires. The other needs paint, interior, motor, brakes, etc but has a solid frame.
