Default Time For An Alignment

I saw a post where people were recommending the best shops for a Vette wheel alignment butcant find it. Just got a new set of tires so I want to get mine done - who do you recommend?

The obvious answer is me me me. We can set it up to whatever specs you want. We will also let you hang out in the shop and watch the entire process and we will only charge $129 for the works. We have a state of the art Hunter lazer machine and my tech is one of the best in the industry. We have done literally dozens for the CF members and I know you will be happy. Call if you have any questions

Rich,

How much to do my car with Pfadt shocks and camber plates? It's a lot more work because you have to jack the car up to make adjustments. So far I've got quotes from Custom Alignment in Mountain View($500-$900) and Kraus in Castro Valley($500). Both those quotes include corner weighting. I don't suppose you have scales too?

I can ask the tech to see what he thinks. We DO NOT have the scales to corner weight though. I can not see it being that much more work for the coil overs and camber plates. The alignment rack has jacks built into it and it makes it easier then the old racks. Call me on Monday for a quote if you like.

I had Kermit aligned and corner weighted a year and a half or so ago at Roger Kraus and they charged $350 if I remember right. Brandon did a great job! Car handled much better.

But for $129 I think Rich is offering a great deal!

We can do that. Hopefully the BCM will "let us in". After a certain amount of ignition cycles, sometimes it can not be reprogrammed. We have only ran into this a couple times, so we will have to see. It will not be that much money because the same guy that does the alignment is also the guy who would de-program that out.
