Well this thread opened a whole new can of worms lol. I now own that limo cart. I have rebuilt the carb, ignition, throttle cable replaced w/morse cable, Jakes long travel front end, sand car HD steering rack, new empi shifter, cut off that terrible roll cage, and fabricated new shift linkage too. To get enough lift on the Jakes front suspension (and make the cart sit closer to level) I fabricated a bracket for the front. Here is a link to the build thread:

How is your project coming along teddyca?

I would have checked out the pictures but I have to be a member of your buggy forum to view them.

Sorry, I did not realize that. Here are a few pics:

Before:

How it is now (still under construction )

Should have the bracket for the center load steering rack fabricated soon, and the new front suspension will make it much safer (and more capable off road).

Yeah that is one long rig. when I looked at it I had a plan to but the unfortate fact it was to long for my trailer had me discouraged. The buggy I bought is fine for now. I ended up doing all the lights, mounted and amp, added a deep cycle battery, and ipod controls for the stereo. Thing is fun as hell. HAHA I want to get a ride in the "Orgasim Donor" when your done. Np, when I get it together that is. Not sure if the previous owner took you on a ride but it's a whole new animal now. The motor is way more responsive, and more power. It acts like it wants to do a wheel stand! I can't wait to see what it's like with the new steering and front suspension...

Kelly- I did not waste his time. Once I pulled tape and found it was to long to fit in my toy hauler I simply passed. It did have tons of potential and I am sure you stole it. HAHA
