WTB - C5 Rocker Panels driver/pass sides
Would be nice if they were in good clean shape, but repairable is okay. Would consider NEW as well...

Those are glued on and pretty much destroyed when removed. That's why I have one scraped rocker that's been like that for years. Really stupid idea on gm's part. Also, to do it right a whole bunch of other panels need to be removed. If its a race car you may want to think about attaching some simple mounting brackets to your framerails and attach the new panels with fasteners instead of the glue.

Ya I found that out the hard way :o Already had the other parts off, repeating it isn't too difficult since it's not a street car. I've thought of putting a hard attachment point into it as well. Right now I'm just looking for spares. Looks like I found a pass side, just needing a drivers now

C5 coupe and C5Z are different panels due to the hole cut for the rear brake ducts on the Z06. The C5Z parts have been on backorder from GM for months. New ones only run about $220 for the coupe and slightly more for the Z06, but they can take a little while to get.

Can you post up part numbers for Z06 and non-Z06?

I have a passenger side C5 Z06 rocker panel I would let go. It is brand new, unpainted and in perfect shape. I was going to replace the one on my car but found out how much is involved and changed my mind.
If someone needs it PM me.

Here you go, let me know if you need them.
C5 coupe/vert: left #10444701, right # 10444702
C5Z06: left# 10444708, right# 10444707
They are all still showing backorder, but I can usually pull a few strings to get them faster then the online "vendors".

Yeah, but for an additional $20 to get the correct one it is not worth it. Since all of them are on backorder, I would order and wait for the correct one. We have cut the holes in the coupe rockers, but you only get one chance to do it right and make it look good.
