OK I will start searching for the Brite Yellow fire jack for the race chick.
I bet I could find a harness that is black with yellow stitching!!

No Steve, yellow isn't my color. Black with yellow stitching, just like the belts! Or just black, and I'll add the yellow myself. I can't cook, but I can sew.

Default "cook"

I would say that the times reported dispute the statement that you can"t "cook". Plus I've seen you at the auto-cross also.

She cooks when she's behind the wheel, that's for sure!

If I had to pick, I am much happier to have a woman that can drive it like she stole it over cooking me a steak dinner.

Live the dream, Rich. Shoot for both!! I got that! My wife can drive her cars pretty freakin' well *and* she used to make a good living as a chef (not a cook, mind you, a chef ) Why do you think I went to so much trouble to get HER car right before we did mine?

Ah, life is good!

Haha! I thought that might elicit a response!

I always tell JoAnne (my wife) that *she* is stuck with *me* and what a saint she is for putting up with all my male BS.

Anyway, just think of it as reminding Rich that he ought to expect good home cookin' now and then (however you might want to define that )

No pressure

Z//

ps. I showed this to JoAnne and she said "tell her that I'll teach her to cook if she'll teach me to drive the drag strip like that."

Holy Crap... I should bump around the forum more often. Huge props to Rich & Carrie!! Let me know the next time you're coming to Sac. I need you to teach me how to drive.

My best,
Dave

We can work out a trade. You teach me how to road race and I'll teach you how to launch.

I had a handfull of mid 10 second passes and Carrie got her first 10. This was her first time out with the new clutch and the DR's so I know she will get it down a few more tenths.

The 5 best runs I had were 10.59, 10.61, 10.64, 10.73 and 10.75 with two 60 foot times of 1.58 back to back and a couple 1.63's and 1.64's. I am very happy with the car and the new Nitto DR's. I think the car could have been a little faster later in the night, but the track started to get cold and Carrie and I were the only ones left that were still running at 9:45-10:00 PM.

Here is my time slip and I will make sure to get the video up soon too.

Here is the video.

Is that all you got? Weak! LOL! I am just messing you man. Nice pass. See you at Vette Magic.
