Who all from here on the forum are planning to attend the Vette Magic drag races in Sacramento on Sunday, June 6th? I'm thinking of attending the drag races and was wondering if you can register at the track since I missed out on the early registration deal.

Yes, you can register at the track. In Fact, most people register at the track.

I'll be there and will be registering that day. I was unsure until a couple days ago if my car would be ready, so I missed the pre-registration oportunity.

We will be there. I pre-registered Carrie and I get a free entry since Abel Chevrolet is one of the major sponsors for the event!

I'll be there too. My club, California Corvette Club is setting up a Corvettes only lane the Wednesday night before Vette Magic. If you want to get in some practice come on out

I will be there also. Pre-registered for three drivers. We run the preliminaries only. Both my boys backed out at the last minute. So my oldest son's father-in-law will be driving and a good female friend will be driving for my youngest son. They are going to set up a special bracket just for us.......the older generation.

Paul will the track have the same restrictions on the Corvettes as the other cars running. ie: no drag radials and nothing faster than 11:50 ?

The 11.50 rule applies. I'm not sure about drag radials. The rules say DOT approved tires. This is just on Wednesday night.
