NorCal Annual Charity TOY Run Dec 4 2010
I wanted to get this posted ASAP.. this event is getting close fast...
No cruise to the mall this year..
Event to be held at the Aerospace Museum of California, 3200 Freedom Park Dr. McClellan, Ca. 95652
Saturday, 4 December 2010
10:00am – 3:00pm
For the last 2 years NCV has been attending this event and it has been a big success
In 2008 we as a forum donated 2500.00 and a boat load of toys for the Shriner's Burn Center.
In 2009 we also donated 1700.00 and another boat load of toys... Last year they had 130 cars registered and NCV was 60 of them... I would love to see the same turn out as the last 2 years...
Please mark this on your calendar so you dont forget this great cause..

This year's Toy Run will be the "Larry Herrback Memorial Run" with all funds from the car registrations, after expenses, being donated to the American Diabetes Association in Larry's name. Toys will be going to the Children's Burn Unit as it has in the past. So please put this on your calendar and additional information will be forthcoming. Thanks!
Pre cruise times
San Jose @ Santana Row
8 AM - Leave at 8:10 AM (no waiting)
Dublin @ Hooter's
8;15 AM - Leave (roll on with San Jose group)
Concord @ Sun Valley Mall, Bank of America Parking Lot
8:30 AM (roll on with San Jose and Dublin group)
Fairfield @ Round Table/Raleys parking lot right off North Texas St.
9:15 AM - Leave at 9:30 AM
Rohnert Park@ chevron on Rohnert Park Expresssway And Redwood..
7:55 leave at 8am We can also do a roll thru at the 7-11 in petaluma if need to.. 8:10
No cruise to the mall this year..

Peoples Choice Car Show, 1st, 2nd, 3rd place trophies & club participation award
Bring an unwrapped toy for donation to Shriners Burn Center
Proceeds will be donated to the American Diabetes Foundation
This will not be a ”Run” but a gathering place for the car show, toy drop off and attendees can visit the museum (at own cost) which is currently featuring “Star Trek The Exhibition” (additional Cost). Freedom Park is adjacent to the parking lot which would be a good spot for a picnic.
Look forward to seeing you there!

We always have a few meet spots around the bay area and all caravan to the main location.. The main meet location where registration is will be in the sac area.
So soon as i get info you will..

I might be in for this! There is two things going on this day one a dyno day with the F-bodies, and this I don't know anybody that has a vette to go with me though

Last year's route took you from the HWY50 Mather AFB turn off to Sunrise Blvd & HWY50. Then probably about 4 miles down Sunrise Blvd to the parking lot of Sunrise Mall.

Glad to see a bunch of you making this event.. Ill be posting up meet spots here in the next week or so... they are going to be in the usual places like newark, fairfield, ill meet some people in the sonoma area, i know im missing one place..Ill avit up soon..
