I lived in the North Bay for 36 years but had a friend down in Menlo Park with a 66 BB Roadster and he often took it to Pat Hendrix at Precision Motive and was always happy with the mechanical work done. Not sure whether they do body and paint but if not, they should be able to make some recommendations.

Automotive Enterprise in San Carlos, on the west side of the Bay. The owner, Bob Waldschmidt, has been doing Vette body/paint, and also mechanical, for 40 years.
