Default DMV Registration for Texas C4 ZR1

Good day everyone. I am looking at picking up a 94 ZR1 that is currently located in Texas. I was wondering if anyone has purchased older vettes out if state and what their process for registration have been.

Thank you

I just went thru this with my 2013 ZR1 that I bought from Portland but I think the same rules apply.

I had to get it smogged and then when taking it to the DMV they wanted to do a VIN verification as well as look at the emissions sticker.

It was pretty simple for the most part

I went through the same thing as well with my 16 Z but was curious about the whole emissions sticker being CA certified and not just 49 state. I'm not sure if a 94 ZR1 would have been 50 state certified or if there are any specific requirements for older cars.
