Anyone in the bay area have a scan tool for my C6? I've had the "service electrical system" message since removing the blower. Last weekend I went to drive the car and the battery was dead. Had it tested and it was bad, so I bought a Red Top. Tried to drive it again yesterday and the new battery was dead. I charged it up, pulled the alternator and had it tested and it passed multiple tests. Charging always shows between 14.6 and 14.8 volts and I do have the Sac City "Big 3" kit http://www.saccitycorvette.com/C6-Big3.html which I installed when removing the blower.
At first I thought the message was due to a missing outside air temp sensor (I tore the wires to it when I pulled the front shroud) but I've since fixed that and still have the message. I'd like to see if a scan tool points me to any other things to look at.
