Crazy! So am I. Great risiduals on the V make it as affordable to lease as a regular STS loaded. Good luck and enjoy the 469HP!!!

I rode in a new regular STS the other weekend as a passenger. My buddy driving it was enjoying taking it in 180 degree fishtails when flipping a u-turn. Fun car! Absolutely lousy rear passenger legroom--forget about hauling anyone taller than 5' 9" for more than a half hour.

Otherwise, fast smooth, quiet, handled great.

$77+k for a STS-V, Id rather have a '07 Z06. They are nice cars no doubt but not for me.

I bought a brand new 2006 STS-V last month. I got it for MSRP less $20K If you look around you might find another one somewhere. There is no differance from an 06 & 07 except colors. Great car. Not a Corvette but you sure can go fast in style. This car has more leather in it then all 7 Corvettes I've owned put together. The sound system is awsome to say the least. 5.1 Suround Sound with 15 speakers. Same 6spd Auto that's in the 06 and later Vette. I have a stage 1 kit on order that will put the crank HP right at 525. Awsome Awsome car. Don't expect great fuel mileage. I average around 19 MPG overall.
