Cool, thanks for that. They even post the curb weight.
If both vehicles are automatic:
6.1 Hemi = 425HP @ 4160lbs
L99 = 400HP @ ~3800lbs = loss for Challenger
LS3 = 422HP @ 3900lbs = bigger loss for Challenger.

Definitely a great point! By the time the Camaro comes out SRT8's would have been on the street making nearly the same level of performance for 5.5 years already!
But we all know GM's usually late to the game.
Not only that, but by the time the Camaro comes out I'm pretty sure Chrysler will have the 6.4l Hemi's in their SRT line making upwards of 525HP, and that's not just my personal speculation. That's really the direction they're going. It just hasn't been anounced yet.
