I think the Bugatti Veyron has the most sex appeal, the way it stands out is just rediculous.
Even a Reventon could easily be mistaken as an LP640 but a Veyron just grabs your attention, and the gazillion horsepower doesn't hurt either.

oh wow.
C3 corvettes (hard to pick just one, and while they got very common here and non-exotic, they are incredibly pretty)
Countach (boldest car ever made) and Diablo. The Audborghinis just aren't as ridiculous, and ridiculous is what made them cool, isn't it?

Some Ferrari's, the best looking 3 to me are the F50, Enzo, and the P4/5 mentioned above. The P 4/5 wasn't ever a Ferrari though, it was a one-off by pininfarina on an enzo platform I think. so it shouldn't count
Zonda. After all the supercars ever made, they found a way to make one wholly unique and incredibly pretty
Rolls Royce Phantom and drophead coupe. always forgotten on sports car forums, but my favorite exotic cars today.
Cadillac CTS-V. Unique in a world of ever-more-same-looking sedans.
Porsche 959. Still looks modern after 20 years, and set the stage for the modern era of sports cars. Most ahead-of-its-time sports car ever.
1985 Buick Wildcat. Its what supercars should look like some day, but its 20 years old.
Along with the buick, the oldsmobile Aerotech. Those cars are cool to me because they represent a direction supercars have never really gone - swoopy and smooth with simple curvish shapes. I dn't know what the C of Ds were, but they sure look slippery.
The Scorpion. At least as ground-breaking as any supercar has been, but in a different sort of world.
If I had to pick just one I guess I'd tip my hat to the Zonda. Because after all these years and all of these different supercars, they found a way to make one that looked totally unique, yet free of any lambo-esque intentional styling cues.

I think it's funny how everyone always picks the most expensive car as if it's sexy simply because of the price. 
Example- Ferrari Enzo. It's f**king ugly.
