Impala speedometer problem
I have an 05 Chevrolet Impala. On long drives, the speedometer will hang and not return to a resting position. It just continues to climb. Has anyone had that problem? Any ideas on what is wrong?

Not an uncommon problem with GM vehicles, alot of the truck guys have had this problem. I spend some time on the Hummer forums and I have seen quite a few cases where owners complain of the speedo needle sticking. I know there is a few places on ebay that offer a swap, you fill out a form with your exact mileage, they send you out a refurbished/new unit with your exact mileage and you return your core to them. If I recall I think they charge about $200
