'64 Old's 442. I bought it from my parents in 1969, it was my mothers car since new. I kept it stock looking in high school except for a set of Rocket aluminum wheels, pinstriping, Hayes clutch, and Cherry Bombs. in 1970 I did a custom paint job on it and used it to sell custom paint work and opened my own shop.

Wow, this sure brings back memories. I had the same car, same color, but mine was the turbo version that I bought new in 1985. I nicknamed it "Battlestar Galactica" based on the instrument lighting. The only thing that I didn't like about that car was the voice that tells you when the fuel level is low.

My first car was a 1968 AMC Javelin, just like this one. I paid $300 for it in 1976. It would not start, so I got a deal on it. All I had to do was replace the battery adn drive away!
My current ride is this:

MY first car that i bought in Feb 2007. 1975 Corvette for $5,000 which i saved for for four years. I dont plan on selling it. (Do i look SUPER young or what???)
Here is my second car which i bought for $2000 and sold the next week for $2500. I thought it was a good deal seeing i spent nothing on it

Mine was a '37 ford pickup with a 46 flattie and a floor shifted 3 speed out of a 40 woodie wagon (with no wood left) juice brakes off the woodie and it's radiator.
Later, the rear end as well. Then my friend in High school wrecked his 36 ford pickup, and his dad sold me everything I could take off of it and drag home for $100. I was working at Mc Donald's for $1.23 an hour, and it took me 3 months to pay the money, and about that long to strip it after school. We had fun just taking stuff of the truck, and putting that stuff on mine. Course we cleaned the parts in gasoline, and dumped the dirty fuel out back where my dad buried the dog doo. Ever see dog doo burn? I mean when it's not in a brown paper bag on your neighbor's porch.
When I find the pic of the pickup, I will post it if I can. no pics of the dog doo.............
