PT Cruiser trouble code.
My friend got a code p0340 and p1681 codes this morning as we drove to work. We know what the codes mean but we can't find any diagnosis for the p1618. Any info on how to fix this would be appreciated.

340 No camshaft signal being received by the computer
1681 No messages received from the cluster control module (dashboard computer).
