Default BMW interview Death of the the Dual Clutch Transmission

Hi Folks

Hope this is an ok place to post this since many C7 folks are hoping for a Dual Clutch Transmission in the future. An interesting interview with the BMW VP for sales and marketing. He says BMW will stop using DCT in 6 to 7 years

Likely cost cutting and BMW is moving away from driver focused cars. They have been moving away from them for awhile now.

If Porsche kills off the PDK in favor of an automatic with/TC then I will buy in. The PDK is still the best automatic transmission car I have ever driven.
