Default 2009 Dodge Viper ACR, Hardcore, Modded, Low miles!

Debating on selling my ACR and moving into a GenV or trying something else. Love the car, its an animal but its just too clean and low miles for me to enjoy it (track, roll racing, etc). Quick details below:
$72500
4300 miles
Black with red driver stripe. (1/13 made)
Clean Title but it does have accident on history. I can go into details with serious interested buyer
Full Bolt ons:
-M&M 1 7/8" headers with catless mid (Heat shielding as well)
-Corsa 3" Mufflers
-GenV intake manifold
-Mopar ECU with Arrow Update
-Catch can
** Stock parts for the bolt ons will come with sale**
New Tires (Pirelli P-zero Rosso) literally installing today 6/24/17!
Fresh oil change on 6/23/17
Custom stereo (3 speakers, 4 tweeters, 2 subs, amp)
Full front end Clear bra
Car was recently detailed and paint correction.

Car needs nothing. Shes ready to go. I am open to trades for a GenV, ACR-E, TA/TA.2 but i have my eyes set on one already. Depending on what GenV, i would be able to add cash.

AJ, say it is isn't so bro, say it isn't so!

Keep that bad boy man, she's a keeper all the way!

Also, the Gen Vs are experiencing MAJOR engine problems where the Gen IVs motors are bullet proof. Did you know that, honestly I am not Bull Chitting check into it online if that is the first time you are hearing this.

Thanks all for the comments, do appreciate them. Yes this car is very unique and neat looking. It's always a joy to drive. And the right mods, it makes it a hooot! Maybe I'll just buy a GenV in addition and see which I like, sell off the other. Lol

Jimmy: yes sir I know of the r28/29 recall and oil consumption. But it can be remedied and I've got connections with some of the biggest Viper shops in the country. Wouldn't be a huge deal for me. But I have a huge ding dong for the new acr and I just need to get it out of my system!!! Hahaha

Capt Van: can you go into details on what your pos/neg were on the GenV? Which one did you have? I'm looking at a TA or ACR-E. I was told the TA should be better then my gen4 acr. Appreciate your input.

I believe like with most things, the internet seems to broadcast the negative and enhance it as well.

Im on my 3rd Gen V Viper and have had nothing but the best of luck with all the 3.
2014 TA
2016 ACR E
2016 ACR E (stage 2 VE)

Some of the gen V cars have burned oil and resulted in engine failure. This has been discussed a multitude of times over on VOA. I just had mine on track and what a fckn thrill. Car stayed cool on a very hot day and performed flawlessly thank God.

Like with any car, Id just do my due diligence and proceed.

2014 GTS, never an issue and a joy to own.

But I defer to Boba.

I don't know if I can put my finger on exactly what it is. I did love the Gen 5 but I think I liked the visceral experience of the 10 ACR. I do like the looks and performance of the Gen 5 ACR but I think at this time my heart is in a Gen 4 ACR. I will say that I have only ridden in the Gen 5 ACR and not been behind the wheel.

As far as negatives..sorry can't think of any for either.

PM me about the one you are considering letting go of. I would prefer one box stock but....

Please send me the info on yours including the mishap.

Had the same thoughts when faced with the same decision....unfortunately I chose poorly and let the snake go. Here's one vote to keep it.
