Congrats to OP! I'm jealous.

Forget the online jerks. They add no value to the thread but try to ruin people's happiness.

Post some pic when you get it.

That's my neighbors previous car. I can't believe the number of nitrous bottles and tires he went through in such a short time.

Just kidding. Beautiful car, congrats!

But amazing in Oregon on that car the plates would be like all the rest of the cars here purchase price plus title 77.00 and 87.00 for 2 year tag.

When are you going up to Ron Tonkin to place an order on a new F-car?

Couldnt afford to live in Oregon. Here in TN it would cost the OP $24.50 for 1 year tags.

Beautiful car OP. Absolutely stunning. A nice Ferrari has always been my holy grail car. Perhaps in a different life

Dave, looks like we have a few cars in common.

Did you get the red/blue stripe F12?
No, although I looked at the NART striped car. I wound up with a loaded Rosso Corsa F12 with a Cuoio interior and full power Daytona seats, Giallo calipers and forged 20 inch factory wheels with near-new Pirelli P-Zeros.

I really liked the interior and it has loads of gloss-finish carbon fiber on the dash and central bridge. Looking forward to owning this car; MSRP at $401,000 ! Boys like expensive toys.

My apologies for the hijack of the thread - back to the OP and his beautiful Bianco Avus / Rosso Ferrari 458 Italia !

I think that you will really like the mix of leather and Alcantara - I think the texture differences add a lot to the appearance and appeal of the interior of you 458 Italia. The smell of that Italian leather is something else too - simply fantastic, but you already know that!

I sat in a racing seat (large) in an F12 and really liked it, except it was a little tight thru the thigh area for me. Not horribly so, but still a bit tight. That said, I think that my C7 Corvette seats are tight in the same area, so maybe it just me.

Other than that minor issue (unique to me) I thought that the Ferrari carbon fiber racing seats were absolutely fantastic, and the seat backs are beautiful. Does your 458 have the manual seat lifters?

Do you have an updated ETA for arrival in your driveway?

best - Dave
