I Bought Another Car!!
Well, I bought a TSX! This one was the farthest i've ever driven to get a car. About 17 hours of driving total. Picked up this car in Wexford PA. Also chose probably the coldest day to go look at this car, went down Sunday night and drove back Monday. It was -2 Sunday night and about 4 degrees when I looked at the car. This is the same car I had wanted to look at weeks ago. It's a 2006 with 133k. It's a 3 owner car and spent the first 8 years in Virginia, the car is practically rust free, even the original exhaust. For people living in the Northeast that says enough about how clean the car is! The car is by FAR the nicest car i've owned and feels like an absolute tank. It really does feel like a new car, no rattles, no squeaks, no weird noises, anything. I can't say the same for the hyundai.... The car came with a folder close to 3 inches thick of all the receipts that has been done on the car. The car had a windshield put in a few years ago and it looks crystal clear, the car also got a brand new battery last month and has new brakes all around with less than 5k on them. Currently redoing the headlights as they're a little foggy. The seats are incredibly comfortable and the heated seats on such a cold day was something I definitely appreciate now that I have it.
This thing is a blast to drive with the 6 speed and incredibly smooth, i've never been in a car with such a smooth power curve, and I haven't really pushed the car yet. My tax return will be going towards new tires for the car as it's got winter tires on it. The navigation is actually pretty accurate... just looks dated, it matched waze on my app all the way back to CT. So glad this car has an aux port, the speaker system is so good that I plan on not messing with it. Very crisp and has more than enough bass for me. I was surprised as I change the speakers in every car i've owned. It also averaged 35.7 MPG all the way back home...which was very impressive to say the least. Thank you for everyone who steered me in the direction of getting a TSX
I've also already ordered touch up paint and will be going through this car getting all the rock chips and a scratch on the bumper. I've had such an itch to clean this car up as it was completely coated white from the salt, all the way up to the bottom of the window. Went to a self serve car wash and did the best I could for now. Also, that's salt on the bottom lip of the front bumper, it's not all scratched up thankfully like it is on many other TSX's.

Yer jus gonna burn the rubber off on a new set of Tires...
Better spend that Tax Return Cash on a Carbon Fiber Hood for less sprung weight off the line...
And while yer at it, Get a Fart Can Exhaust, Rocket Bunny Body Kit, Some Ace Whip Wheels and then Vinyl Wrap that Bad Boy

My wife's daily is a 2009 TSX with 170K miles on it. It's kind of battered looking, lots of nicks and small dings, but it runs like the day it was new. It's been a durable, reliable car to date, requiring nothing other than maintenance. I don't think we have ever fixed a single broken thing.
Good choice.
