I just got a flyer in my email from Bret Chevrolet about a track day at Pacific raceways on july 3rd. there are only 20 spots for Qualified @ 125.00 entries & 10 for Non Qualified 250 with your own car or 550 wiht track car. for more information call jay Burrell at 253-854-0100 Ext 146
Qualified Meaning you have taken their classes before.
non qualified Meaning you havent taken their classes before
track car Using their cars that they use for their school. you have the choice of using your own car (if it passes inspection) or using the Schools cars for this class
Apparently if you don't have any track experience you will have to sign up for the ProForm drivers school. If you do have track experience either thru SCCA or one of the clubs that do track days at PR, or "Experienced lapper with other events" you should be OK. There is a person that will "verify" if you meet their criteria.
The fee for the school if you use your own car (assuming it will pass tech) is $250 or otherwise $550 if you choose to drive one of their cars. Entry is $125 if you are "qualified".
PR is a fun track but the trees on the back side are pretty close to the racing surface
