I might swing by a look at it, just to see the shape of it.

I would not touch that one. You would be chasing gremlins forever.

I bet that thing will never run right.

Interesting

Just last night while watching the local news channels they put out a warning about this very thing. They said that with the recent major flooding in our state recently to be on the watch for "thousands" of flood damaged vehicles pooring onto the market.

It's at a salvage yard, it's good for a race car, nothing else.

"Slight" fresh water damage. Then it "needs some electrical repairs". Run, don't walk away.

I would bet that DOL already has issued a "Salvage Title" for this car.

Considering the underneath is sealed, bet you'd be breathing in mold spores in no time.

I'd buy it for a track car if I had storage room. I'm not afraid of "gremlins" or mold.

I talked to Mike and was told the following:

The car is salvage. He does not know the whole story, but based on the water line on the door panel, this car looked like it went into a ditch sideways. All fluids were drained and replaced. Car runs fine. Electrical problems relate to inoperable radio, heater, and push button start. The interior carpeting was stripped, cleaned and dried. Some slight front fender damage.

He is currently working with an "offer" but no money has changed hands yet.

Hmmm....

BCM is more than likely dead as it sits down in the floorboard.
