05 NAV Software update
I want to play MP3's and would like to know, has any one had this update done successfully by a Chev dealer in the great PNW. If so, could I have the dealers name. Thanks in advance.........Chuck

I had it added when I had a new stereo installed in my jeep. Car toys did it, and they were great! Just added a USB outlet that my MP3 player plugs right into. I am going to see if they can install in my vette also, as my CD player is on the fritz, and tired of the radio.

What I'm looking for is a qualifyed dealer that has experience installing the software update to the stock 05 Nav unit/CD player that will allow it to play Mp3 CD's.

Thanks, I may give them a call. I want someone who has experience doing the upgrade and it would make for a nice road trip as well. I don't know if I have the FM static, I never use FM. I may have intermittent static. My goal is to cancel XM and just play an MP3 CD instead. I'm getting over 10 hrs of my favorite music on one CD.
