We have Hagerty, that covers most of them for a lot for cheap! I strongly recommend them if your cars are over 30 years old.

my 71 & 72 are insured through state farm for not even $10 a month.

Whatever model or year you find and buy, you'll love it. But beware ... with any Vette comes the need to mod, mod, mod.
