Default Tinter in Eugene??

Well I have been shopping for tint in Eugene. Of the three I have checked so far, one wants to paint over the dots on the rear window , the other has never done a vette, (though he told me on the phone he does all the vettes in the area.) but will cut me a deal to be the first.
The third says the rear window cannot be done with only one piece, he will need to cut three pieces to make it work..
Plus NONE of them will install 35% on the window. Best they will do is 45%, when added to the 7%-8% on the window is "close to 35%"...
Any recommendations.. I may have to go north to get the windows tinted..

hey, there is a tinting place on HWY 99 right next to the 76 station, i took my truck there about 10 months ago, they did a real nice job, i talked to them about doing my 84 vette, but never got around to doing it, i might take my 90 there to let them do the windows... i'm not sure what the place is called, but its right by the 76 on HWY 99

here is some of their work on my ranger... they did the side windows at 35%, the rear is a factory tinted window

i believe they use 3M brand window tinting, so far i have not noticed any fading, or discoloration in the tint... they just recommend that you leave your windows up for a week for it to dry... do your windows index up when you close the doors?

Yes the windows index. One tinter said they would put thin coat vaseline on the to 1 inch of window. It would lubricate the window/seal area until the tint fully dried. Seemed like a good idea to me. I'm going to poke around some more next week. I may go ask the local Mercedes dealer what shop they use.
