C-inred

We owned a 32' four years ago and couldn't stand being boatless any longer. It is not a fast boat...8 knots at best, but if you follow the tides you can do better. The upside is that it is an extremely comfortable boat and burns only 2 to 2-1/2 gallons of diesel an hour at 1700 rpm. Few boats get that kind of mileage. It is a single engine, which is rare for these GB's. We did not want twins because you don't go any faster, only burn more fuel. Yes it's nice to have redundancy, but if you maintain your engine and fuel system, you'll rpobably never have any trouble. Our boat has a fresh water maker (unused), vacuflush, Raytheon radar, 2K watt inverter, Sub-Zero fridge, and many custom interior features done by Oak Harbor Boatworks a few years ago. OUr first GB was nowhere near as nice as this one. The Lehman has only 775 hours on a complete rebuild. We bought the best boat we could afford. You can spend as little or as much as you want. I know of a 36 GB in Port Orchard that could be had for 25K and others that are bristol that will go fo 70-80K We could have paid less, but I have already had one project boat and didn't want another. I am redoing varnish while the weather is good...I enjoy it actually.Ours is wood. Glass 36 GB's go from $125K and up.

PS...you do NOT want the one in Port Orchard.
