You know it. If I didn't have one daughter in college and another a Jr. in high school I'd be living in a warmer climate. I had to give my daughter a ride back to the PSU last night. We were both reminiscing about our trip to Maui in 2006. We were laying by the pool on Christmas day, 82 degrees enjoying a drink with a little umbrella in it. Of course, I was also burning a nice Cuban cigar enjoying life.

I've got nearly two feet of snow now. I had a ice covered tree fall down across the driveway this morning. My chain saw was out of 2 stroke fuel, but my neighbor saw me out there sawing and brought his chain saw over, so good bye tree. I wonder if the city will come over and fine me for cutting down a tree without a permit?

The tree huggers will be over to picket your house. Of course, they will be blogging bad things about you too.

We've got just about 24-inches with some drifts up over 36-inches. This is going to be a while. I guess the vette goes into hibernation.

More snow forecast for tonight. Can't wait!! We currently have 14 inches on the ground at home and the neighborhood roads are still covered in loose snow and compact snow. I haven't spent this much time sideways behind the wheel ever. I say bring it on!! The more the better. Commutes have been light all week and my travel time to and from work is less than average.

Weather report from the "Banana Belt" - Eugene may be the only place in Oregon without snow. Weather guessers thought we might get 4-8 inches yesterday, but so far ZERO.

You can come and take all of mine. It's pretty to look at for about 2 minutes.

Ended up with about 10-12" in Kent. The Pontiacs had to stay out in the snow so the Corvettes could stay warm and dry.
