Default Turtle Ice

So I already own the Turtle Wax Ice polish.....yesterday I purchased the clay bar kit, which comes with a liquid clay bar, some clay spray and an actual clay bar...

Anyone have experience with this kit or other kits? Tips?

Thanks!

Adam

p.s. I feel like I haven't seen the GTG in forever! We need to change that soon......

I used to use Ice but found it didn't last too long (2 weeks tops). Never used their claybar but I would imagine it's the same as any other - keep things wet and you're ok.

I now use a combination of Griot's Garage stuff (claybar and polish) and top it off with Zaino Z5

Wash very well, dry. Then spray on the final inspection, or whatever they call it, and rub lightly with the clay. Use the clay in smaller pieces than what comes in the kit, and make sure you kneed it some beforehand. If you drop it, throw it away and go to another new chunk. Wipe off with microfiber and go to next section.

So I decided to take it back and went and bought some speed shine by Griots. Great stuff! Think I'll buy the clay bar next and give it a try.

Another Griots user here.
I like their Speed Shine and their clay bar. Very easy to use both.
Their polishes are also good--very mild abrasives so you don't do any damage. (At least I haven't)

I also use their Best in Show wax. A little goes a long way. If you put it on too thick, your elbow is going to pay the price.
