Is there a Discount Tire close by? They might be able to equal or beat a TR price for the same or similar tire.
I aree. The Tire Rack website has a search function for installers. But, Discount Tire in Bremerton has done very well on price for my Nittio 555's. I was out the door in the neighborhood of $800. +- $50. Can't remember. I just re-tired our Ford Exploder at Goodyear and was pleased with the price they offered for the specific tire I was looking for. Yeah, I could have spent more there, but they had the size and tread design I wanted. Les Schwab was going to clip me for $1200 for tires...I just laughed and left.
Don't know if you are goin for run-flats or not, but check around Chuck..I think you can find what you want. For me, Discount has treated me very well and treated my Corvette the same.

Keith, no mo run flats. I saw a General tires can put a set on my car from Tirerack for 550. Their performance doesnt look too bad and I have never driven my vette over 80. I dont see the need to spend big bucks.
There is discount tires in East Bremerton on Wagga Way.

Thats the store I use, Chuck. Same parking lot as Freddy's. You can mozy over there and buy some dog bones while ya wait....Also, Discount carries a lot of different brands. You'll find that the Non-runflats ride better too. I have a plug kit and small air pump in my trunk. Oh, and a AAA card if that fails.
