Default Quick question

Have any of you changed the water pump on your vette? Wondering if you noticed a change at all. I had to replace mine a week ago and it seems the car takes a bit longer to warm up if that makes sense? Dunno maybe it's just me. P.S if you haven't had to replace it you're lucky, $581

Any possibility the thermostat is leaking so that coolant slips past when the engine is cold?

Or the thermostat is on its way out.

Just a thought.

Ya thermostat might be a thought. And it DOES warm up, and blow warm air and run at a normal operating temp. Just noticing that it seems to take a bit longer to get there since replacement.

I did mine recently, didn't notice it to take any longer reaching operating temp. Would it be possible to have a air pocket trapped in your system?

Yikes! $581... I put in the new LS3 pump for 125.00.
