Hey, Ian! What do you mean I don't wake up early? At my age I get up several times after I go to bed. It's simply a matter of determining which "early" you mean. You'll understand this once you become "Old Grasshopper".
Secondly I have no qualms at all about taking out the C6 Aero Lighweight (I of 42). This morning however, I elected to take the M3 I recently purchased from my friends at University Mazda. (Yes, M stands for Mazda).
The turnout wasn't bad, several Corvettes were there, but nobody I knew. A few cars I had not seen before, but it was clear that by the parts of the lot Eric and the guys reserved for today it was not going to be a record turnout. Still, fun just to at least see the cars coming out at all.
Oh, I did notice that the Desert Fire is being redone as a Bj's Brewhouse. Sounds like more fun than the Desert Fire was anyway.

Sorry I missed you and Mark.
Excellent news. I used to frequent the BJ's in McCallen, TX when I used to go there for business. They brew a decent beer.
IMO there is no decent beer in Texas, but one would be well advised to just order a long-necked Pearl and shut up.
Just Sayin'
In my prior life living in the great state of Texas, I had plenty of good Heineken, Fosters, Guinness and Stella beer, so I don't know what you are thinking about.
I may show up, the Vette may come out of hiding finally. Worked on the garage and have room to drive it out finally (new house, tons of stuff) since being parked last October.

Also have a question about the show. If you decide to participate - how long does the show last? And - Can you leave mid-show or are you committed to stay until the end.

Thanks in advance.
