Good to know and that sortof confirms the purchase of the Conti DWS tires. I was hoping they would be ideal as they're on special via Tirerack as well. 
Here in GA we get the ice more than anything and that will shut the city down for days as well. We're also looking to visit Vancouver at some point and would benefit there as well.

.... have roasted two different P-cars getting on the hwy with this thing. Most have no idea how fast the Supercharged versions are from a stop or low mph roll even though they weigh 5800lbs.
