Whoa....whining, really? You wanna be able to gamble AND have an exotic?
I didn't realize they were mutually exclusive activities. Although some of the cars I've bought in the past were a bit of a gamble.
Hell, it's all I can do to have a Corvette AND drink heavily.
Now, those are indeed, mutually exclusive activities. Although a couple glasses of single malt (neat of course) often starts me to thinking I should have a new C7. It's not that I can't afford it (I can't) it's simply that I've reached that age where I figure the next new Corvette I buy might be my last. Oh, and, as my son-in-law likes to remind me, it is likely to be his first Corvette. I just wish he'd quite putting those little stickers with his name on them all over the car whenever he and Shelby come over. I mean, putting stickers on the furniture and my collection of autographed books is one thing, but... well
Not at the same time of course....
All-Chevy show tomorrow at the XXX and Renton is having a show as well. Sounds like a good day - if the weather cooperates - to take the bike out.
Thanks for the pics. That Laguna Blue on the C7 really "pops" with chrome wheels. Walter did a nice job with his black wheels, but the red stripe around the face of the rim made a lot of difference. So, are comp gray wheels no longer available?
Love the light green C3. To my mind, there are few Corvettes more attractive than an early unmolested C3 with chrome bumpers. Any idea what that shade of green is/was called. It's a beauty.
