Corvette and High Performance Meet Feb 7-8
It's getting to be time once again for the 2015 CHP Meet at the Fairgrounds in Puyallup Looks like the weather will be a huge improvement over last year. Definitely no snow in the forecast, and Saturday will have some decent temps and some sunshine
We'll have some interesting display cars to include a new Z06 and word has it we may even have a Challenger Hellcat on display.
And the Valve Cover racing is back too. We will have area pinstripers practicing their skills in the Pavilion.
Like last year, I'll be around the ShowPlex so drop by and say Hi!!

Looks like some rain for Friday (setup day for vendors) and Saturday. Sunday will have some clearing and temps for the weekend will range from 54 to around 57. Typical weather pattern for the Puget Sound area. I know that weather patterns in the PDX are can be widely different than what we see up here.
At least it will be a lot better than the snow from last year....

I think I'll make the drive up. 90% chance of rain in Portland and 100% chance of rain in Puyallup that will keep the traffic down.
I'll take the scenic drive East of 12 then North on 7/161. That should get me there by 9:30 am.

If I wasn't already out on the road at 6:30 am for another reason I'd meet you at that time. This time though I'll be making it a more scenic drive than most of my drives north with 3 hours to make a 2 hour drive

Racer
I was there
We went, we arrived a little late around 1pm the traffic was bad around the everett, WA area. I didnt buy a single thing corvette related.Thought about a set of aluminum C3 corvette wheels but just couldnt see spending the 400 bucks. All I left out of there with was a 16mm wrench for a dollar. There was alot of stuff there, just nothing I needed.
