Welcome back. It's been a few years, hasn't it? Looks like you picked up a nice ride.

Yeah, it has. Thanks! Not seeing a lot of cruises here in Oregon. I might have to fix that problem. :-)

Now THAT is what a C6 should look like. No flares, no carbon fiber, no stripes, no extra badges, no "look at me, look... accessories. Just a tasteful set of chrome wheels. That is a very nice looking no excuses Corvette. It's the sort of thing I would drive if I wasn't too cheap to pay extra for the metallic paint.

Just sayin'

You set the bar pretty high with your last one- are you going to repeat those very cool stripes?

Not sure what the plan is yet. If I do stripes, I was thinking dark gray. Not sure I am going that route. Fun thinking about it.

Yep indeed!! Welcome back. I appreciated the FB heads up about your new car.

You are right about the lack of cruises.......and you are just the adventurer to get us back into the swing!

I did sign up for the Miss Oregon Pageant parade in Seaside on the 27th. I'll be carrying Miss Washington County which appropriate given my residing in Beaverton.

Hope to see you soon and can't wait to see what you do to the car

I resemble that remark.

And talking about extra badges, what did I see on your read hatch?

I thought you might like it. I keep thinking how much I like the stripes on your Vette. FYI... I won't copy you.

Hey Peter! I am volunteering at World of Speed. It is really someplace you have to see!! Cars and Coffee is there every Saturday Morning. They were talking on the NW forum about meeting in Keizer then driving to Wilsonville. We won't be there this Saturday (in Seaside for Ken's Tradeshow), but maybe see you there on the 13th!
BTW, Willamette Valley Corvette is much more active now. Checkout their website (which Ken set up and is webmaster)
