Seattle Museum of Flight Car Show Photos
The Museum of Flight in Seattle had a car show in conjunction with Seafair . Members of the Thunderbird Club and a few Corvette clubs were invited to show their cars for free, with free admission to the Museum and free lunch, snacks and drinks.
There were 6 Thunderbirds, about 15 Corvettes and a few other cars on display. Also, the Blue Angels and a YF-22 took off from the air field to do their practice runs over Lake Washington for the air show tomorrow along with the unlimited hydroplane races.

Looks like a good turn out for the event.
I work right across the parking lot at the Military Flight Center. One of the highlights of our year is having the Blue Angels on our flight line. Seems like summer doesn't really begin until they arrive.

Great pictures Keith although I think the F104 looks more like an F5 to me. I need to get back down there as it has been many years and I know they have added lots of inventory since.

Love that place. Toss in cars I'd be in heaven. Spent half a day there several years ago and then went to the CenturyLink Convention Center for the yearly motorcycle show and stayed till it closed at 2000 hrs. Cost me a new Kawasaki dirt bike. My ATV needed a buddy. Fun filled days. Went with friends from Victoria.
When I was there they were in the planning stages for the new addition to house the Boeing 707 Air Force 1, the original red and white 747 that I watched as a kid do emergency wet stop landings at Boeing field prior to certification and the Air France SST.
