There has to be several of you that know Joe. I received a call from his wife in tears informing me that he passed away Monday. I had been working with him on the purchase of his wheels.
So very sorry to hear this. If you are in his area step and give his wife any help she needs.

Wow, I'm very sorry to hear this. I've met him at shows and talked to him once or twice over the years, 1st time being back when he had his C6.
Life is short, and you must make the best of it.

I also met Joe at local shows and am in shock. We should get the GTG club to get her to go to his service if there is one. Does anyone have any way to find out if there will be a memorial?

Joe's funeral will be at 11am on Sunday, October 14th, at the Mt. Tahoma Seventh Day Adventist Church. Here's the address:615 N. Sprague Ave.
Tacoma, WA 98403
Joe was one of the nicest guys I've known and was a good friend. He will be missed by a lot of us who knew or met him.

Glad this is coming together. He had been very active on the Forum with over 24,000 posts. It would be great to have a full complement of Corvettes at his service.

From what I knew of Joe, he was a great guy. Condolences to his wife. This must have been very sudden, as he always appeared in good health and good spirits at GTG's or RTC.
He'll be missed.

Wow, this is a shock. Joe and I were just discussing brake pads via PM. We traded stories and tentatively planned to meet each other next year during the Caravan. I'm very sad that will not happen.
