Default Quickjack

I assembled my new Quickjack yesterday. This should make things a lot easier!

looks like it gives you a lot of room to work. How stable are they?

It seems very stable to me. I’m going to put jack stands under it anyway. The frame on a C3 starts curving upwards behind the front wheels so the front rubber support blocks can’t be too far forward. With that big iron 454 I want Jack stands up front in case it wants to tip forward on its nose. This model Quickjack is rated for 5000 lb.

I like the quick jacks too. a little awkward around the exhaust pipe cross over otherwise very nice!
P02's and redlines are nice! My bride does not like my P02s! LOL! I think the black vinyl hardtop looks excellent in that combo also!

I think we met a couple of years ago at Thrashers Corner Dairy Queen!

Hi Scott, yes we met at the old Dairy Queen a couple years ago, too bad that show didn’t come back. I just put the redlines and PO2’s on this summer, went back to the 70’s look. Those wheel covers are very heavy and with the steel rally wheels make the car ride and handle differently. I was running torque thrusts and they drive much better. I drive this car to cruise so it doesn’t matter, my ‘07 Z06 is for handling and speed. Have you done anything to your ‘69 since I last saw it?

I have had mine for a yr now. Love it. I use it at my fab shop when caging cars. Easier on my knees getting in and out when the car is higher off the ground. It auto levels the car which is a plus. Its portable and works well at the track. Easier than using a jack and stands. Comes with 2 sets of hard rubber blocks low and high to rest under the jack up points. Wish I would have purchaed earlier.
