The under side of my hood (67 BB) had lots of old, bad paint, most of which was bubbled, dry and flaking off. I removed the hood and started sanding, but soon got into the fiberglass. So, I decided to use a razor, and it worked out pretty well. There are however some spots that the paint is stuck solid, especially on the edges (arrows). Long story short, the areas I can't remove, I want to feather with glaze and repaint. There are a few areas that have some hairs that I'll need to deal with. I don't have the equipment to paint professionally. This is a driver!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Don't worry about the areas you can't get to, it's a driver. Sand by hand to get the rest off if it bothers you.
Looks to me like you are ready to wipe it down with a good wax & grease remover (make sure it's totally dry) and spray with 2 coats of SEM or Krylon.
I like the Krylon semi-flat and Walmart carries it.
