Matte finish paint?
Is there a special process or paint to give a matte finish that will hold up? I know typical protocol seems to be primer, base, clear coat. Would a matte paint finish just skip the clear coat? How would that hold up on a daily driver? Not looking to do it on my car but I saw a show car that had a matte silver paint that looked incredible shows the subtle curves and lines of the car so much better then gloss finish which tends to reflect everything making it harder to see. Also what would you do in terms of waxing/maintenance?
